Google launches new visually rich mobile content format ‘AMP Stories’

New AMP format suggests Google is keen to get publishers to adopt mobile framework to speed up and improve the mobile web experience, by integrating popular Instagram and Snapchat 'Story' features.
Google has released another feature for its AMP project, allowing publishers (or "storytellers") to create visually rich and fast loading content for the mobile web.
AMP Stories is seen as a response to the popular 'Stories' features on social apps such as Snapchat and Instagram, and in Google's words is designed to provide "content publishers with a mobile-focused format for delivering news and information as visually rich, tap-through stories."
