Restaurants can now add menus directly onto Google My Business listings

New feature improves upon existing function that allows restaurant owners to add a link to their menu.
Google is providing the opportunity for restaurants to showcase their menus directly on their Google My Business listing.
Restaurant owners could previously add links to their menus on their GMB page, but this new feature is a definite improvement not just for local business owners but also for searchers.
Menus could also previously be added using the GMB API or a third party service, but that whole experience was a bit too technical and complicated for the average busy restaurant owner. Now restaurants can add a structured menu using a built-in editor in the GMB Info tab.
The editor will allow restaurants to add menus with multiple sections (appetizers, entrees, drinks, etc.), which can include the title, description, and price of items.
Menus will currently only be visible to searchers using a mobile device and will only be available for restaurants in English-speaking locations, provided they are not currently connected to a third-party provider.
